Car accidents in which the vehicle you are driving flips and rolls over are among the least common types of crashes. Unfortunately, they are also the most potentially deadly. A recent rollover crash in San Jose claimed the lives of three people and injured four others. While the actions of the driver may be responsible when these accidents occur, it may also be due to vehicle defects. If you are involved in a rollover accident, it is important to speak with an experienced product liability attorney to determine if the car manufacturer can be held to blame.
